The truth is that we could all benefit from NLP Life Coaching; at some point along the way, we've all felt "stuck", unmotivated or that we need that extra bit of support from time to time. Through the use of a variety of tools including; Life Coaching, NLP, Energy Healing and Intuitive Guidance I work with my clients one on one to release old patterns & create new ones that will have you celebrating in your unique BIGNESS!
Your Life Coach who will facilitate an amazing process which combines a series of clever questioning and creative visualisation techniques which helps you to access your own inner wisdom from a solution focused perspective. The coach is responsible for the process; however you are 100% responsible for the results. Just relax and trust the process, knowing that whatever presents is perfect. Most clients report instant changes after the first session, whilst others require integration time before noticing results.
The number of sessions required will depend on each individual & their circumstances but 3+ sessions are recommended. Prior to commencing your coaching sessions I ask that you complete a series of questions that are designed to get you thinking about what you want to create and what you want to change during our time together. It doesn't matter where you are situated in the world, as I offer sessions face to face, via phone and zoom video.
Change and transformation are inside jobs. The key to unlocking the life you want starts from within. Commitment is the key. To do this sort of work you have to be serious about wanting to change your life. Change requires you to be kind and open with yourself, it means you'll feel uncomfortable sometimes when stepping outside of your "comfort zone". At some point you will need to push the boundaries of what's familiar to make room for your bigger dreams and I totally acknowledge that can be scary! My job is to guide and support you through the transition of where you are now to where you want to be.
